Our Sponsors

The Tank Fund is in the process of partnering with county vet clinics and local businesses to promote our organization. Since the organization is still very much in its infancy, we hope to be adding to our Sponsor/Partner list very soon!

Our current sponsors/partners are Town and Country Vet Clinic located on Mansfield Ave. in Mount Vernon, The Knox County Humane Society, Hair of the Dog in Centerburg, Ron's Pizza and Dirko's in Mount Vernon.

The continued revenue our organization will receive will most likely be generated by canister donations at participating businesses and vet clinics. If you own or work for an area business that would like to partner with The Tank Fund by allowing a donation canister in your store, please contact director@thetankfund.org.

Fundraising Events

We are planning a variety of 2012 fundraising events. These events include a local Texas Hold'em Tournament, a "Family Fun Day Carnival" to be co-sponsored with the Knox County Humane Society, "Cutest Pet" contest and raffles.

Information will be posted on this site and promoted throughout the county before each event. Volunteers will be needed for each of these events.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

THANK YOU!

Thanks to a generous donation by the Ralph and Virginia Mullins Foundation, The Tank Fund was able to achieve its 501c3, charitable organization, status in November 2010.

We are also very appreciative of The Binky Foundation for its $2,120 grant to fund our initial marketing campaign.

A special thanks to our sponsors and partners for helping us in our endeavors. This includes Staples for donating flyers and Walmart for donating a printer.

The mission of The Tank Fund is to provide financial assistance for emergency and/or life-saving veterinary care to Knox County, Ohio pet owners and non-profit animal-welfare organizations and to assist in the training of canines for the purposes of compassion therapy and assistance dog certification.

No animal should have to suffer or be euthanized simply because their owner is unable to pay for necessary treatment.
